$35 Diagnostic Fee

Our 3D printer diagnostic fee is $35. This includes looking over the printer, testing the issue, and confirming what needs to be repaired.

If parts are needed, those are separate. We will show you the source and cost of the parts before ordering or installing anything.

The first 30 minutes of part installation is included with the diagnostic fee. Any additional labor is billed at $35 per hour.

Most Hobbyist Printers & Some Commercial Machines

We service most hobbyist 3D printers and some commercial 3D printers. This includes many common machines from brands like Creality, Anycubic, Bambu Lab, Prusa, FLSUN, Voron, Tevo, Elegoo, and similar printers.

Some commercial printer repairs may depend on the machine type, part availability, manufacturer restrictions, and whether service documentation or replacement parts are available.

Not every printer can be repaired, but we can review the issue and let you know what options are available.
