RETURN POLICY
Custom Tumblers
All sales are final on already laser etched cups. The only exception is if the design is incorrect. If the design is not what you submitted or requested please email us ASAP with a picture of the cup and your order number. We will pay the return and/or replacement shipping cost due to shipping lost/stolen or not matching order.
3D Printed Items (Speed loaders, BattleBoxes, AR-15 stands, 1911 stands, etc.)
These are only returnable within 15 days from date of purchase. We will pay the return and/or replacement shipping cost due to manufacturing defects, shipping lost/stolen or not matching order. Please email us your order number and a picture of the damage, and we will send out a shipping label for the return. For any other returns the customer will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
In Store credit for items over 15 days only after products has been received and verified.
Timber Creek Outdoors, Inc Items
All Sales are final we do not offer refunds. If you believe the product you purchased is defective, please fill out a request for our Lifetime Warranty.
Micro Swiss Items
We will accept returns or replacements within 30 days of purchase. Please check all the labels prior to opening your products. We will pay the return and/or replacement shipping cost due to manufacturing defects, shipping lost/stolen or not matching order. For all other returns, buyer will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

Rosco Manufacturing Items
In the event that you receive a product that you changed your mind about or your build needs have changed, we will extend you the following refund policy: The original customer has 30 calendar days to return an item from the date they received it, no exceptions. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging, and have the receipt or proof of purchase in the box. We ultimately still hold the right to deny a return if terms are not met, or there are other determining factors which prompt us to deny one.
